Normoxic - Cork
« on: September 02, 2010, 12:00:31 PM »
I have the iantd advanced nitrox done a few years and now want to move on and do the Normoxic course.  I'm based in Cork, are there any instructors around the south coast or is Donegal the only option!!!

Man I want to dive some of those wrecks in Malin.

Yeah, might give Jerry a buzz.  Sh1t viz tell me about it, last year myself and Budding drove to Malin to do Laurentic etc in the 40m range with Micheal McVeigh.  Went out in a 6m swell, viz was about a foot on the Laurentic and didn't need to fin as the swell pretty much moved you around the wreck.  Meanwhile back in Cork the viz was good (or at least good for Cork - 10M)
want to get the He ticket and do audacious etc

There is also Tim Doyle, based in Bantry, he can teach pretty much anything...
He mostly does commie work these days, so not sure if he teaches on a regular basis anymore.
