Wreck diving in Malin Head, 15/16 October
« on: October 17, 2011, 12:26:45 PM »
Hey Guys,

Just a quick one really. It was a nice trip, we did two dives because of the tides - one on Saturday to Castle Eden (33msw) and then one on Sunday on William Mannell (27msw). We have been limited in what we could do because of the big swells coming in from the Atlantic, and these two sites were relatively sheltered.

The viz was brilliant, in the 25-30m range. We had really nice, relaxed dives, and that gave me some time to take pictures (some of them below). Tom had his camera with him as well - Tom, if you like, put a few of your pics in here too!

I must say, even though we only did two dives and they weren't very deep, I really enjoyed my weekend over in Malin!

Geoff, thanks for looking after us well as usual!

mike

Nice photos lads. What cameras are ye using? You using a strobe Tom?
I love the two black and White ones mike took with ambient light. Do u use a tripod? Or a real steady hand?:-)
