Thanks lads. I never use talc anyway. Lube all the way. I've taken it apart 3 times and there is no shite in it. Spring is perfect but just seems the plastic piston/rod is a tight fit in it's hole(if that makes sense) hence my want to use lube on it. When I push it it just stays slightly depressed.
Also leaky shoulder dump.......
Can't fathom why......

I had issues with a leaky shoulder dump (Apeks on a DUI). Replaced it with a low profile SiTech and bone dry since.

A problem with the suit inflation may be the hose itself. If you look inside the female connection you should see a small nipple? I used a tyre deflation tool to tighten mine and it fixed the problems i was having

Another thumbs up for the service from Drysuit Tailors. I rang Brian last Monday week explaining that I needed a new neck seal and that I would need it done for Malin that weekend. I had the suit picked up that day and dropped back to me on the thursday with the neck seal fitted and a good job of it done as well. An excellent service from Drysuit Tailors.

Should have posted this a few weeks ago. I rang Brian on a tuesday morning hoping he would be able to put a new neck seal on my drysuit so i could go diving in portroe. He said if I posted it that day i would have it back in less than a week. I was delighted. Hoping i would have it back in min of 2 weeks i was delighted. Then that thursday he called asking exactly what i wantd done. i explained to him my ideas and he pointed me in the neopprene way.

A phone called saturday morining saying hi I am Brian,s wife and I have your suit here in cork for you. I drove 5 miles to meet her and get my suit. Went for a dive that sunday as was delighted. The repair was even better than what was on it originally.

I cant speak highly enough for their great advice, great service and super fast free delivery.

Thanks Ruth & Brian and I have passed out the cards so hopefully you will get some more business from Cork.
