HHS Software (the folk who produce V-planner) have released a new planner for Android phones which allows planning using VPM and Buhlmann algorithms:

Also the chap who maintains the software for the OSTC device has released a Windows PC based planner which mirrors the algorithm on the OSTC device:

Its a separate app Firas

Download from Android Market via here: http://www.hhssoftware.com/multideco/download.html

If you're an existing v-planner license holder then you can get a free licence key for multideco here: http://www.hhssoftware.com/multideco/newcode.html

Hope that helps
