Used Panasonics a few times, but try to stay away from them as after a dive last winter , when one of the handsets just went blank without any battery warning etc (after having no prob on set up etc).

Funny you should mention this. I was using Panasonics (just beacuse I had 5 of them) and over the last 4-5 dives I found that sometimes the RH handset doesn't turn on. I can usually get around this by removing the head and reseating the battery, but its a major pain doing it at a dive site when you're getting ready to dive! Yesterday I was diving with Stephen up in Belfast and I tried 3 batteries, incl the one from the LH handset (known good) and none of them worked in the RH handset. I gave up and put the head back in place and it then started up. Then it shut down at 20m and started up again a few mins later!!
I'll try non-Panasonic batteries before I f**k it back to the factory...

Thanks for sticking up this post lads, bought 10 batteries from the same company today, was down to my last spare which is a bit dodgy this time of the year (if the weather ever picks up).

Hi All,
Just ordered 30 Energizer CR223 (CR-P2) Lithium batteries (for two people) from The Battery Company, by 'phone.

Better deal that by 'phone - £3.50 each plus £15 for the courier.
Normal web price is £3.99 each.

Time to get ready for the new season??

Oops!
They only have 18 in stock and do not know when more will come in.
They do not have any Fujitsu either.
