Hi Roger...
Read up as much as ya can, be dived up, asks loads of questions and enjoy it! Martyn is a top class instructor and you'll learn as much just watching and listening to him tell stories as you will from the structured part of the course.

As Mark said, Martyns are class instructor, I did my intro 2 years ago and then the cave, and really learnt alot from him. If you need to bribe him, throw a few Baby Guinesses his way, thats his weakness!

Pictures look cool mark. i dived eagles myself a few times and its probably the best cave dive you will ever do. Well so far in my diving career. visibility can be up to 150 feet or more.
Hoping to go back again this year. It does help i have a few buddys over so cheap accomadation. Hope to see ya out diving during the summer.
